James Clark Hall (LEED Gold), the Brendan Iribe Center (IGCC), and H.J. Patterson Hall (Wing 1) (LEED Silver). The Brendan Iribe Center was verified through the Maryland Green Building Council. Buildings that underwent major renovations that are in accordance with green building codes but are not certified include Tawes Hall (LEED Silver if certified), Dorchester Hall (IGCC if certified), and Cambridge Hall (LEED Silver if certified).

The remaining newly constructed or renovated buildings are ineligible for green building certification as unoccupied space. Other green building codes or certification types may exist for these types of buildings, however, we are unaware of these codes. These buildings include the Clarksville Hay Barn, Pump Building, Salisbury Garage, Wye Barn 5, Clarksville Commodity Center, and Beltsville Large Equipment Store.
