Here's how you can eat local at Michigan: Look for the Go Blue/Eat Local logo. It means the food is made primarily from locally grown ingredients. Visit East Quad's salad bar. During the growing season all produce comes from local farms. Eat an apple. they come to us from local farmers while in season. Pick a tomato. The tomatoes we serve during the growing season come from local farms. Enjoy foods produced in Michigan. A list is provided of the local brands we serve.
