A brief description of programs, policies, infrastructure investments, outreach efforts, and/or other factors that contribute to the diversion rate for construction and demolition waste:
U-M Waste Management Services (WMS) provides roll offs for construction & demolition waste recycling on campus. Materials targeted include scrap metal and scrap wood. A ceiling tile recycling program through Armstrong is also available to campus.
