Criteria
Institution has a sustainability plan that was developed with input from faculty, staff, and students. The plan includes measurable goals with corresponding strategies and timeframes to achieve the goals. The plan need not be formally adopted.
The plan covers multiple sustainability topics and issues. Plans focused exclusively on climate change, which are covered by PAE Credit 5: Climate Plan, are not eligible for this credit.
Strategic or master plans that cover sustainability may count for this credit if they meet the other criteria outlined above.

This credit applies to all institutions.
Scoring
Institutions earn 3 points for having a sustainability plan that meets the criteria outlined above. Partial points are not available for this credit.
