MHealthy is a program for faculty and staff. MHealthy is the university’s health and well-being program committed to creating a community of health where both the individual and organization thrive. MHealthy offers programs and services supporting physical activity, weight loss, nutrition, mental and emotional health, and occupational health. Wolverine Wellness is a program dedicated to students through the University Health Service that provides information and referrals, early intervention, collaboration and consulting, influences policy and advocates for health for the U-M campus community. They offer alcohol intervention, HIV testing, wellness coaching, tobacco cessation and more.
