Does the institution use timers to regulate temperatures based on occupancy hours in at least one building?:
Yes
None
A brief description of the technology used:
Most of the buildings on campus follow occupancy schedules programmed through the building automation system. Temperature is controlled during unoccupied hours through upper and lower limit setpoints, depending on season. Temperature controls in the buildings are programmed to adjust their space temperature setpoint at specific times of day. Should changes be necessary, these schedules can be remotely adjusted using the building automation system.
