A brief description of the metering system:
The School of Education building has individual meters for electricity, chilled water, and steam (both chilled water and steam are generated on-campus). Further, the electricity is sub-metered in this new building to separately measure plug-loads and lighting.
Several other campus buildings have individual meters for electricity, chilled water, and condensate, which is used as an analogue for steam.
