A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
In September 2011, Human Resource Services conducted an institution wide survey of faculty, staff, and administrators to address their satisfaction with the range of HR services offered by UNCG. These measures offered the opportunity for employees to voice their comments about their satisfaction with benefits, affirmative action, employment (recruitment, staffing), professional development, compensation/classification, employee relations, and other university programs. In addition, the survey polled employees for their views on several proposed work/life programs that would strengthen employee morale.
A report is being prepared by two internal consultants (a faculty member and an administrator) that will be used to address the results of the survey and implement improvements based on the survey findings.
