A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
New Employee Orientation consists of mandatory information/ benefits enrollment sessions conducted for all
new employees. These sessions are held semi-monthly at UNCG. During these sessions, Sustainability staff present an overview of sustainability initiatives at UNCG. Areas covered include the university's Petroleum Displacement Plan, energy & water conservation, and waste reduction & recycling. The presentation is also available online .
