McKinsey Consulting has conducted a analysis of University spend and that data can be used to assess potential sustainability impacts of purchasing across commodity categories. The purpose of the study was not to assess sustainability impacts but to provide analysis of spend and where centralized purchasing could bring value to the University. The data can be used to identify areas were the University can increase the use of EPP products and products made with recycled content.
