An anonymous employee survey called NDVoice is conducted once every two years. The surveys asks 82 questions regarding accountability, development & training, effectiveness, empowerment, engagement, image, immediate manager, leadership, pay & benefits, respect & fairness, strategic clarity, and teamwork.
