The Investment Committee of the Board of Trustees oversees all aspects of the investment management program, including implementation of its Social Responsibility Investment Policy initially adopted in 1988, and its proxy voting policy. The Board of Trustees also has a standing Committee on Social Values and Responsibilities which receives input from various constituencies about issues of social significance and the Institution’s role in modern society.
