A brief description of the sustainability newsletter or social media platform:
The monthly sustainability newsletter is emailed to friends of the Office of Sustainability including faculty, staff, and students. The newsletter includes updates on sustainability competitions on campus, upcoming speakers, student sustainability events, staff sustainability events, and student/faculty spotlight.

The Office of Sustainability also maintains sustainability-focused social media communications via Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

Yes

A brief description of the signage that highlights sustainability features on campus:
Currently, there are 21 buildings on campus that have received LEED certification. Each of these buildings has a mounted plaque designating the building as a LEED certified building. Notre Dame's interactive campus map allows prospective visitors to identify LEED certified buildings through its "Green Tour" overlay as well as our "Tree Tour." The Office of Sustainability and Water Small Working Group has also installed signage highlighting nine different water-related sustainability interventions and best management practices (BMPs) across campus.

A brief description of the sustainability walking map or tour:
Notre Dame's interactive campus map features a "Green Tour" overlay, which highlights LEED-certified buildings and alternative energy installations. In addition, the Office of Sustainability's website features a Tree Tour, which provides locations of more than 30 tree species located on campus. There is also a walking tree tour located on the sustainability module of the Notre Dame Mobile App. The Office of Sustainability maintains a greenspace inventory.

Yes

A brief description of the guide for green living and/or incorporating sustainability into the residential experience:
The Office of Sustainability works closely with each residence hall through our sustainability commissioner program. Resources are distributed to and through these students to help educate on recycling, energy consumption, available sustainability opportunities, dining, local groups, and so on. The Office of Sustainability website provides centralized guidance to students and hall staff in its Resources and Get Involved sections. The website is updated throughout the year with recycling information, Green Guides, Community and Faith related resources, and more as needed. Green Guides are distributed through our first year program and through the sustainability department in undergraduate student government.
