SEIU (Classified union) Collective Bargaining Agreement 2022-2026, $15.59 per hour wage.
Total full-time compensation which includes insurance, retirement, holidays and sick leave = $61,936 per year, which divided by 12 months equals $29.78 per hour = 120% of living wage of $24.84
Part-time employees working less than 0.81 FTE at the same wage rate results in a total wages and benefits which fall under living wage standards.
