A brief description of the garden:
There are 2 separate community gardens on campus that are both student run. The gardens are open to use by not only the campus community, but also to members of the surrounding community. Members create a set of community norms that are adhere to by the group. The gardens are a partnership with OPIRG, who organizes the community members and workshops. The gardens are not certified organic but the community norms ask that members refrain from using pesticides and inorganic fertilizers.
