A brief description of the program:
The University of Ottawa food services buy products from local stores, such as : fresh pasta from Parma Raviolli, fish from Lapointe, parmesan from Art is An and all baked good from the Moulin de Provence and encourages other local businesses on campus. The Soup Truck and the Chip Shack are both local and independent businesses that are run on campus.
