A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
An employee climate survey (engagement survey) was undertaken in 2006 and is being followed-up by another survey in 2011. Action plans developed from the 2006 survey are followed-up on an annual basis in all departments and faculties.
An all employee survey with key questions and drivers related to employee satisfaction and engagement. Survey is administered confidentially by an external consulting firm.
