We nurture student leadership potential by providing all students with opportunities to participate in a variety of leadership conferences such as Coloborando Juntos 6th Annual Conference, East Coast Asian American Student Union Conference, Minority Student Medical Career Awareness Workshops & Recruitment Fair, UNC-Charlotte Multicultural Leadership Conference, New England Latino Student Leadership Conference.
The enVision social justice leadership retreat is sponsored by the University and open to all students. Part 1 specifically deals with helping students make connections across differences and developing a broad understanding of issues of multiculturalism and privilege, and Part 2 is
for students who want to take what they have learned about equity and diversity and put it into practice.
