CEP is the recipient of one of only six grants in the nation from the National Science Foundation to educate leaders in the community on the impacts of climate change. Designed as a dynamic collaborative of local expert scientists, educators, and a wide range of community leaders, Climate Education Partners conducts a wide range of educational activities to engage the community. These include listening to what San Diegans care about and what they want to know, developing practical resources on local impacts, conducting climate impact tours, hosting roundtable discussions and supporting regional leaders and their communities with their planning needs for informed decision-making. https://www.sandiego.edu/climate/
