The University of San Diego strives to be efficient in the construction of buildings, homes and communities. All new construction and renovations are designed to meet or exceed LEED Silver qualifications. Pursuit of certification is determined on a case by case basis. To the best of its ability, the university designs, constructs, maintains and operates buildings for improved environmental and human health performance to enhance student and employee experiences on campus.
