Through procurement practices, we ensure that we use only Environmental Choice and/or Green Seal products. We only procure from one source and our staff can only order supplies through our central Facilities Management Stores to ensure that no other supplies are used other than those ECO Logo products that are purchased through contracts.

"All quoted chemical products must be certified by Canada’s Environmental Choice or US Green Seal (see Appendix E: “Green” Requirements on Chemical Products). The chemical supplies and packing must be for use with Dustbane Enviromix or Enviromix metering systems. Bidder’s failing to provide the required certificate(s) for the quoted chemical supplies maybe disqualified."
