The University of Saskatchewan has a dedicated team of occupational health and safety professionals that support the university community. Key initiatives that Safety Resources is currently involved in include:
• Advancement of a new client centred organizational structure and operating model within Safety Resources intended to advance campus engagement and support for best practices in health, safety and environmental protection.
• Implementation of safety management systems across the campus community in colleges and administrative units.
• Review and update of all safety-related training provided by Safety Resources.
• Implementation of a new hearing conservation program.
• Development and implementation of institutional and local emergency response plans.
• Integration of data management systems that support health, safety and environment programs and services.

All incidents that occur at the university must be reported to Safety Resources as soon as possible. Individuals may be contacted should any additional documentation be required.
Employees must report the incident to their supervisor and complete the online Report an Incident form (login required).
Students and the public must complete the Report an Incident PDF form and email/fax it to Safety Resources. Please note: only USask employees are eligible for compensation through the WCB.
Faculty, staff, researchers, people leaders and students can request advice, help, and support from Safety Resources using the following methods:
