Has the institution conducted a survey or other evaluation that allows for anonymous feedback to measure employee satisfaction and engagement during the previous three years?:
Yes

Percentage of employees assessed, directly or by representative sample:
100

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
The Deanship of Quality Assurance, Institutional Effectives, and Accreditation (DQAIEA) administers a number of annual, biannual, and occasional surveys to evaluate and collect feedback on the different aspects of the university. The Administrative Staff Satisfaction Survey and the Faculty Satisfaction Survey are part of those surveys. They are conducted annually; staff and faculty receive a link via email to those surveys during the second week of every Spring semester. The survey asks about different aspects regarding their experience at the university using Likert-scale questions and open-ended questions. Please note that in the analysis reports that we provide to you as an evidence the responses to open-ended questions were removed for confidentiality purposes.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
Analysis reports are provided to relevant entities at the university whose services and activities were evaluated in the questions or mentioned in responses to the open-ended questions. Those entities are then responsible for implementing action plans for improving their services and activities based on the received feedback.

Satisfaction reports for employees and faculty members for the last three academic years are given in Appendices PA12 1-6
