Major Renovation and new construction projects: Comply with City of Los Angeles Green Building Code (LAGBC) requirements for C&D waste management since 2014.

New Construction projects: 2 projects complied with C&D waste management requirements based on LEED 2009 version and were certified with Sliver rating and Gold rating respectively.

USC-FPM has engaged a consultant to review current USC sustainability policies and practices, develop a sustainability design guideline for all projects, and monitoring effort.
