Data source(s) and notes about the submission:
Data on incidents from the entire university and satellite campuses was compiled from OSHA 300A logs.
Because of the different reporting timeframe of OSHA 300A logs (calendar year) and IPEDS Human Resources reporting (fiscal year), FTE of employees was not copied from PRE-5 for this credit. Instead, FTE was calculated from the hours worked in the OSHA 300A logs. Total hours worked across the in-scope parts of the university (includes University Park Campus and Health Sciences Campus; excludes hospitals and satellite campuses) were divided by (40 x 50), where 40 represents a full-time-equivalent employee's hours worked per week and 50 represents their weeks worked per year. The resulting number is reported as the FTE of employees for this credit.
