A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
We have conducted an Employee Benefits Optimization Survey in 2023 to review satisfaction with Benefits offering as well as a Campus Climate Survey in 2023 to measure campus climate as relates to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts and bias concerns on campus. All three surveys were sent to 100% of faculty & staff and the Climate Survey also went to all students.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
Findings are presented to the President's Cabinet as well as to individual departments to highlight specific issues raised in the surveys. We also present a public forum for all staff & faculty to attend to present findings and answer questions.
