Yes

None
A brief description of the enterprise:
The Ready for the World Cafe provides Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism (HRT) majors with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with hospitality and restaurant management while increasing their knowledge of international cultures and cuisines. During the fall and spring semesters, HRT students work closely with UT Volunteer Dining to plan and execute an international-themed lunch buffet that is open to the public four days per week. Students receive a grade based on how many customers dine at the cafe, and whether those customers are satisfied with the food they are served. The cafe takes its name from the UT Knoxville international and intercultural initiative "Ready for the World." Both initiatives infuse the curriculum with international and intercultural content and encourage students to take advantage of work-study opportunities.
