James Richards and Taner Özdil, UT Arlington landscape architecture associate professors, presented new hike-and-bike trail plans to the Midlothian parks board, the Waxahachie Daily Light reported. Board members are asking the public to weigh in on the proposed system at its next meeting on April 13.
