A brief description of the open access repository:
UFV's institutional repository was launched in October 2015. It is a growing collection of institutional digital assets, including student, staff and faculty work. It is part of the BC Institutional Repository Network, Arca, which has now grown to include western-Canadian post-secondary and cultural institutions.

UFV does not have a formal policy, only some funding to cover open access fees. It is an opt-in program.

Yes

A brief description of the open access APC fund:
The UFV Research Office will provide up to $1000 towards open access publishing fees per publication. Researchers can also use their annual professional development allowance towards the defrayment of these fees.
