A brief description of the methodology the institution followed to complete the research inventory:
Methodology for Course Inventory:
1) A desktop research exercise was undertaken by a UFV co-op student to get a long list of researchers/research applicable to one or more of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
2) After the initial list was complete, the co-op student met with the STARS consultant and core UFV STARS team to go through the list and update/revise
3) This list was then sent around to relevant department contacts to get their review and additions to research that may be missing.
5) Finally, the list was further refined by a faculty survey that was conducted by the Office of Sustainability related to ongoing research happening at the university.
6) The research inventory attached to this credit shows research practices undertaken in the last three years (2020-2022).
