The university provides all employees access to online training courses through Bridge and Lynda.com, now LinkedIn Learning. There are a variety of Sustainability related modules to choose from. For example training on systems thinking, LEED GA certification, Sustainability in the workplace and designing for sustainability.

Sustainability staff regularly attends professional conferences: AASHE and CHESC. Garden staff also receive training at Ecology Action.
All staff are eligible to apply to the Staff Advisory Counsel for funding to support professional development opportunities.
