Staff presented "Inspiring Green Fashion in a Fast Fashion Landscape" at CHESC 2020.

The presentation explored ways to inspire students and the community to make more sustainable clothing choices based on university experiences with the Green Fashion Show and clothing swap events.

Staff presented "Pandemic as Opportunity" at AASHE 2020. The presentation provided tools for assessing campus food insecurity and shared data of how the pandemic impacted food security at the University since March. It addressed ways to leverage campus and community resources to assist those in need and raised the greater questions such as why is this necessary and how or will universities address increasing rates of food security among students long term?

Sustainability Director has participated in the AASHE Mentor program. Through a series of phone calls and when feasible, campus visits staff from both partner institutions discuss and problem solved around various sustainability programming, and reporting activities.

Staff are part of the Campus as a Living Lab Network as well as the Campus Garden and Farm Best Practice group. They also participate in regular, informal calls with staff at other institutions.
