There are about 100 employees who work for dining and custodial contractors. Dining service operations on the Sacramento and Stockton campuses are contracted out to the same company, Bon appetite.

A brief description of the minimum total compensation provided to the institution’s lowest paid employee or pay grade:
25% of employees in the lowest pay grade earn the living wage or more. The hourly wages for part-time employees are the same as the full-time employee. Part-time employees that work between 20-30 hours per week are benefit eligible and are provided the same benefits as a full-time employee. Benefits paid by Pacific as part of total compensation include: health benefits, retirement contributions, life benefits and other additional benefits.
