A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
New staff members are invited to an orientation breakfast that includes information about sustainability. Sustainability is included via a presentation that is given to attendees. The presentation includes information about UTM's commitment to sustainability and sustainability initiatives, including LEED buildings, transportation initiatives, natural areas, renewable energies, bottled water ban, and Fair Trade designation.
