The 348 acres of campus, including the entire campus landscape with the exception of the 45 acres where an IPM approach is used, do not use any inorganic or chemical pesticides. These acres are in the academic and residential areas of campus. In these areas we plant only native and zone hardy species, taking into account site, location and all environmental conditions to ensure proper selection and success of species.
