A brief description of the plan:
The University of Virginia Bicycle Master Plan is the product of a joint effort between the Office of the Architect for the University, The Department of Urban and Environmental Planning, and the Green Grounds Group, a student organization dedicated to implementing sustainable practices at UVA. The Master Plan culminates a diverse work effort that included UVA faculty, staff, graduate student interns, student volunteers, representatives from the City of Charlottesville and Albemarle County and review by Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB).
