A brief description of the mentoring relationship and activities:
Yes - ongoing partnerships and information-sharing with Virginia Tech, Radford and James Madison University, including visits at each school or at UVA. Additionally, UVA's Sustainability Director is currently participating in AASHE's mentoring program as a mentor to the Sustainability Coordinator at Concordia University.

A brief description of the peer review activities:
UVA staff were beta testers for the University of New Hampshire's Sustainability Indicator Management and Analysis Platform (SIMAP) as the tool was being developed. SIMAP is a comprehensive footprint-reporting tool that offers campuses a simple and affordable online platform for tracking, calculating, and reporting their carbon and nitrogen footprints.

A brief description of other collaborative efforts around sustainability during the previous year:
In 2017 UVA hosted the annual meeting of the Southeast Campus Sustainability Network. Sustainability Directors representing 20 schools across the southeast participated in sessions including Getting the most of a sustainability committee, Maintaining momentum after a strategic planning process, Working with student organizations, Engaging alumni and potential donors, and Expanding the scope of the sustainability office.
Additionally, UVA is an active participant in the Virginia Sustainable Food Coalition, with James Madison University, George Mason University, and Virginia Tech.
