UVA Dining is a member of the UVA Sustainable Food Collaborative. There are five goals within the Food Collaborative’s Food Action Plan. The first goal, to “Annually Increase the Percentage of Sustainable Food and Beverage Options Available on Grounds” and its strategies influence our sustainable purchasing practices at UVA Dine.
