$31,200 annually is the current UVA Charlottesville campus institution minimum wage for a full-time 40 hour per week employee, which is $40,030 - $43,087 including the benefits that are provided. The actual current minimum starting pay for an entry-level employee including the average level of health benefits is $19.25 - $20.72 per hour including the benefits that are provided. A full-time employee is eligible for a range of benefits, such as health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
