$31,200 annually is the current UVA Charlottesville campus institution minimum wage for a full-time 40 hour per week employee, which is $37,752 - $40,872 including the benefits that are provided. The actual current minimum starting pay for an entry-level employee including the average level of health benefits is $18.15 - $19.65 per hour including the benefits that are provided. A full-time employee is eligible for a range of benefits, such as health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
