Does the institution have an ongoing program that offers incentives for academic staff in multiple disciplines or departments to develop new sustainability courses and/or incorporate sustainability into existing courses? :
Yes

A brief description of the incentive program(s):
The Centre for Building Sustainable Value at the Ivey Business School does offer incentives for new multidisciplinary courses in sustainability made possible through funding from the Royal Bank of Canada (not through the IDIs).
In the last 3 years, Ivey has introduced a course in which a professor co-teaches a class with all the professors of the core MBA program (e.g. finance, accounting, strategy, operations), so that students see that sustainability weaves into all business decisions. It is not a standalone topic. The students are encouraged to think about the long term, societal implications of their business decisions.

A brief description of the incentives that academic staff who participate in the program(s) receive:
The professors do not receive any incentives. But, there is funding available for developing case studies and bringing in guest speakers.
