A brief description of the methodology(ies) the institution used to complete its air emissions inventory:
Many of the University Buildings have air permits in place, each requiring an Emissions Summary and Dispersion Modelling report. An Emissions Summary and Dispersion Modelling ("ESDM") Report is a report that, as its name implies, covers an assessment of air pollution emissions from a facility, and how they disperse after they are released. An ESDM report must specifically include the content listed in, and use the methodologies described in, section 26 of O. Reg. 419/05. In this way, Western is able to keep track of it's emissions and maintain compliance.
