Western offers a number of wellness supports and services for students, including: the Wellness Education Centre, Mental Health and Wellness Resource Guide, Counselling, Peer-to-peer supports, Group Care & Workshops, Sexual Violence Support and more.
Employees:
Western staff and faculty also have access to a number of wellness supports and services, including: Exercise and Wellness Activities, as well as 24/7 access to Employee (and family) Assistance Plan through LifeWorks by Morneau Shepell. LifeWorks provides confidential support services, counselling and resources to optimize wellbeing.
