A brief description of the employee wellness program, policy, or practice:
All UW-Green Bay faculty and staff have access to an Employee Assistance Program at no charge to the employee. The EAP is a confidential, work place based Employee Assistance Program. The program is designed to assist in the prevention, early identification and resolution of personal matters which may affect both an employee's sense of well being and their ability to effecitviely carry out their work responsibilities. Examples of issues which the EAP might be helpful with are health, marital, family, financial, alcohol and other drugs, emotional, stress and other personal concerns.
