A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
Access to UW-Green Bay's environmental and sustainability history is available on the onboarding page and in the campus history portion of the orientation.

Phoenix Orientation is aimed at providing all new employees with information on campus history, direction, mission/vision, and other essential information to ensure their success as a new employee and to better integrate them into the UWGB culture and community. New hires from January 21, 2020 to August 25, 2020, who did not attend the August 2020 Phoenix Orientation and new employees hired between August 26, 2020 and January 21, 2021, will be enrolled and expected to attend the Phoenix Orientation. Phoenix Orientation is held twice a year prior to the start of the semester (August and January), and all new employees will be expected to attend the session following their start date.
