"---" indicates that no data was submitted for this field

Total full-time equivalent student enrollment:
6,060

Full-time equivalent of employees:
724

Part 1. Student commute modal split

Has the institution gathered data about student commuting behavior?:
Yes

Total percentage of students that use more sustainable commuting options as their primary mode of transportation:
53.27

A brief description of the method(s) used to gather data about student commuting:
In the spring of 2021, a survey was sent to all students, faculty, and staff across the 4 campuses. Respondents selected their primary mode of transportation to/from campus. 429 students responded to the survey. 6.78% of students did not complete this field, so we could be underreporting if some of those students live on campus, use distance education, or some other form of sustainable alternative to driving a single-occupancy vehicle to campus.

Part 2. Employee commute modal split

Has the institution gathered data about employee commuting behavior?:
Yes

Total percentage of employees that use more sustainable commuting options as their primary mode of transportation:
20.12

A brief description of the method(s) used to gather data about employee commuting:
In the spring of 2021, a survey was sent to all students, faculty, and staff across the 4 campuses. Respondents selected their primary mode of transportation to/from campus. 343 staff/faculty responded to the survey. 5.25% did not complete this field, so we could be underreporting if some of those faculty/staff use some form of sustainable alternative to driving a single-occupancy vehicle to campus. However, this could also be skewed higher than average due to more telecommuting for Covid.
