UWell is a campus-wide effort committed to benefiting and promoting wellness on campus. UWell and its website is designed to help all members of the campus community, whether a current or future student, parent, or employee, find creditable resources and information about all the dimensions of wellness.

Finally, the UW-System offers programs to support employee wellness, including:

The EAP may also assist with legal/financial situations or help with work-life balance. EAP services are provided at no cost. Employees do not need to be enrolled in the State Group Health Insurance Program to take advantage of the EAP.
- Well Wisconsin, administered by StayWell, is the uniform wellness program offered as part of the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program. This program is voluntary and provided at no cost to employees and their spouse if enrolled in the State Group Health Insurance Program. The program offers resources that can help you maintain or improve your current state of health and well-being and help employees lower their health risk and health care costs. There is also a monetary incentive to employees enrolled in the State Group Health Insurance Program.
