A brief description of the trans-fats avoidance program, policy, or practice:
Sodexo does not use trans-fats in any cooking. There may be trace trans-fats in some items that come already prepared; however, there are very few of these. However, because the Reeve Marketplace has a Pizza Hut option, UWO may not fully claim this credit because Pizza Hut is still trying to find ways to eliminate trans-fats from their recipes (0.5 grams of trans-fats are in a couple of the items available at the Reeve Marketplace). Small amounts of trans-fats (1 gram maximum) can be found in a few of the items available at Titan Taco. Also, 0.6 grams of trans-fats can be found in one item at the B&G Grill.
