□ Allies on Campus provides an avenue through which individuals can actively show their support of LGBTQ people.
Allies on Campus is a network of faculty, staff, and students who:
• Are committed to providing a "safe zone" for anyone dealing with sexual or gender orientation issues.
• Respect all people regardless of age, disability, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, race, religion, or sexual orientation.
• Believe that diversity enriches our lives.
• Allies on Campus strive to reduce homophobia and heterosexism through education, advocacy, awareness, and by creating a visible network of allies. The program strives to develop a welcoming and supportive campus environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or queer (LGBTQ) students, faculty, and staff.
o The Native American Program within the Access & Diversity Center works to meet the variable needs of American Indian/Alaskan Native students pursuing higher education. The program provides academic, leadership, recruitment, outreach, and counseling support.
o The Center publishes a newsletter for nontraditional students called “No-Nonsense Nontrad.”
o The Access & Diversity Center in partnership with the Academic Resource Center created Rapid Learning Drop-In to provide ongoing opportunities for nontraditional students to recharge, socialize with other nontraditional students, and connect to relevant campus offices and expertise, all in as little as 10-15 minutes.
o The Center supports the ACES Leadership program, which to assists multicultural program club officers in obtaining the essential tools necessary to succeed as leaders within their clubs, on campus, and in the community; unites Access & Diversity Center affiliated clubs by facilitating dialogue, cooperation, and collaboration; and supports the overall mission of the Access & Diversity Center. ACES works to accomplish its goals by hosting monthly executive council meetings, organizing biannual leadership retreats, and providing collaborative service opportunities.

o The Utah State University Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity (AA/EO) Office (located in Military Science, Room 118) assists faculty, staff, and students in both implementing anti-discrimination laws and creating an environment where diversity is valued. It also works to increase access to education and employment for groups who have traditionally faced barriers to opportunities in these areas.
o The Disability Resource Center (DRC) provides support to students, guests, faculty, and staff with documented disabilities who desire to participate in programs, services, and activities sponsored by USU.
