Employees are paid based on wages set by collective agreement. Those non-unionized employees are paid based on the minimum wage from the Qc labour standards.

The institution does not have a written policy per se. Our hourly rates are based on the Collective agreements for each category of personnel (Support staff, Professionals, Cadres) Service contracts rates are negotiated between supervisor and average rates based on collective agreement
